What is natural skincare?

Natural skincare is formulated with natural, non synthetic ingredients. Fragrance comes from essential oils and the ingredients natural aromas.

( Saying a product is chemical free is a misconception as everything including you! has a chemical make up)

What is superfood skincare?

Superfood skincare is formulated with ingredients that come from nutrient rich natural foods. Superfood oils can contain antioxidants, vitamins, essential fatty acids and anti-inflammatories.

These natural ingredients have wonderful benefits to your skin from boosting collagen production, hydrating the skin to soothing and calming redness.

What are upcycled oils?

You may have noticed our skincare oils contain up-cycled fruit seed oils.

The food industry discards the seeds from fruits and vegetables when making products like juices and jams. Instead of these going to waste the seeds are pressed and the nutrient rich oils are extracted.

What are the benefits of natural skincare?

Plant-based and botanical ingredients are a rich source of nutrients that benefit the skin, including vitamins, antioxidants, fatty acids, antimicrobials, essential oils, and proteins. Compared to synthetic ingredients, natural skincare products are milder and biodegradable.

What is a good face  routine to follow?

  • Oily - Looks and feels shiny due to too much sebum being produced.

  • Dry - Feels tight and dry due to not enough sebum being produced.

Face masks can provide an excellent skin benefits, dependant on the ingredients used.

Skincare face masks can help with numerous skin complaints including acne, dry and dull skin, skin redness and even reducing the signs of aging.

Using a natural face mask regularly as part of your skincare routine helps to maintain healthy and glowing skin.

How do I choose a skincare face mask?

Finding the best face masks for your skin can improve your overall skin health, and help to tackle your skin concerns.

Different ingredients are aimed at different skin types and concerns. If you have sensitive skin choose a mask that includes aloe vera, kaolin or green tea.

For mature skin, look for a face mask with ingredients such as Morrocon lava clay, Rosehip or Hibiscus powders.

How often can I use a face mask?

Can you overdo it and use a face mask too often?

Yes, depending on your skin type you can, especially if using a face mask that contains harsh ingredients.

We suggest you use a face mask once a week if you have sensitive skin.

Normal to oily and dry skin types can use a face mask more often, two to three times a week if required.
