Kind Melts and Sustainability

Being more eco conscious doesn't mean you have to compromise on the things that bring you happiness.

It's possible to enjoy luxuries whilst still being mindful to the environment and this is where Kind Melts comes in.

Its no secret that here at Kind Melts we love fragrance, but that isn't the only thing we're passionate about.

We are committed to to offering high quality products while also being mindful of the impact on the earth.

What we do to be eco conscious, includes

Reduce, reuse, repurpose & recycle.

Minimal use of plastic

Our wax melts and scented candles come in plastic free packaging.
We don't use single use plastic.
Using recycled paper and card.
Reusable amber glass containers, containing virgin materials and infinitely recyclable.
Hand stamping packaging as a more eco alternative to printing.
All product labelling is plastic free including our waterproof labels.

Low carbon emission deliveries.

Our parcels are sent via royal mail, who has the lowest reported carbon emissions per parcel of any major UK delivery company.

An option for collection is available as an alternative and reduces postal packaging.

Eco ingredients

We use a sustainable yet luxurious coconut and rapeseed wax blend for both our candles and wax melts.
Our wooden wicks are completely natural, and sourced from FSC certified mills.
Our hand and body wash is made with over 95% natural ingredients, 74.4% of that being organic.
We use natural ingredients in all of our skincare range, In addition our skincare oils contain up-cycled fruit seed oils discarded by the food industry.
Our reed diffusers are made with an eco friendly base.

Planting trees

For each candle we sell we plant a tree with our reforestation partners One Tree Planted.
This not only gives back to nature by planting in areas that need it the most, but also benefits communities all over the world.
